Develop and maintain a professional union website with timely updates and services.
Register and activate a bulk SMS system for urgent communication.
Create official emails for the 14 BECs to be elected.
Launch a Teachers' Resource Hub offering free teaching materials and digital tools.
2. Teachers' Welfare First
Advocate for better medical cover and timely support.
Strengthen the BBF by:
Increasing remittances from the National Office.
Creating a transparent BBF Committee.
Ensuring fast disbursement of benefits.
